  • Transparent Pricing: The price at checkout is the final price. We do not charge restocking fees or hidden handling charges.
  • Payment Methods: Transactions are processed securely via trusted gateways. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Territory: We ship exclusively within the United States.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM CST.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat).
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat).
  • Total Delivery: Estimated 6–13 business days from order placement.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a straightforward 30 days return window for eligible items.

  • Standard Items: You have the right to return unused, unwashed, and unopened items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, used, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned. Final sale items are also exempt.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@barknbites.us within 24 hours with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

In the event of an eligible return, Bark N' Bites charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
