At Bark N' Bites, we want you to be completely delighted with your order. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers, we have outlined our straightforward 30 days return policy below.

1. The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)

Due to the nature of our inventory, the following items are exempt from standard returns:

  • Hygiene & Health: For health and safety reasons, any items that have been worn, used, washed, or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale: Any items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase.

2. Standard Returns

For eligible items:

  • Notification & Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return the item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition with all tags attached.

3. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent service. Bark N' Bites charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:

  • Reporting: Please report any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Email photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to support@barknbites.us.
  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund within within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For eligible returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Our Error: If we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective, Bark N' Bites will cover all associated return shipping costs.
