Orders & Cancellation

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order before 2:00 PM CST on the dispatch day. Once dispatched, your order will fall under our Returns policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the United States only; we do not offer international shipping.

When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat). Transit takes around 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), leading to a total delivery estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same business day.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping only. Expedited or overnight shipping options are not available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free Standard Shipping on orders over $75. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies. All prices are in USD.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return window?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items, whether defective or non-defective, as long as they are in new and unused condition with original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defect), Bark N' Bites will cover the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method in USD within within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that your bank may take an additional 1–2 business days to reflect the refund.
