Track Your Order
This page explains how to track an order placed at Bark N' Bites. For full delivery timelines and shipping conditions, see our Shipping Policy.
1. How Tracking Is Delivered
Once your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation to the address you used at checkout. The email contains:
- Your order number
- The carrier name
- A tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page
Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to become visible — carriers may delay the first scan until the package reaches a sorting facility.
2. How to Find Your Tracking Number
- Check the inbox of the email address you used at checkout (including spam and promotions folders).
- Open the shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link.
- The carrier’s website will display the latest status, location, and estimated delivery date.
3. If Tracking Has Not Updated
If your tracking page shows no updates more than 48 hours after the shipping confirmation, possible causes include:
- The package is in transit between facilities and the carrier has not scanned it yet.
- Weather, holiday volume, or carrier disruptions are delaying scans.
- The label has been created but the package is still in our handling queue.
If updates remain stalled beyond a reasonable timeframe, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
4. If Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Did Not Receive the Package
- Check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, and your local carrier first.
- Look for a delivery photo or carrier note attached to the tracking page.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivered status so we can open a carrier investigation.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered; we cannot accept liability for theft after delivery confirmation.
